Shutter Zoom is an effect. To achieve this effect i zoomed in whilst taking the photo. Putting the camera
setting to TV and lowering the shutter speed

Panning Shots 

A panning shot is when the subject of the photo is moving. we would know its a panning shot as the background is blurred and the object is in focus.
I achieved this technique by putting the shutter speed on 1/30 and moving the camera along with the the cars and bikes.
