A freelancer is someone who works independently or is employed by one or more companies at a time.
Many freelances are found working in film and television this is because these projects have a time period and are on going.

Advantages 

Multiple income, variety, freedom and flexibility

Cash flow, hard business development and mortgages and loans 

Brief evaluation on drawn animation (Sue)

Drawn animation is when the animator draws the character/characters in individual frames for each scene.  This technique can be very time consuming and tiresome as correcting mistakes can cause delays as the animator will need to repeat the whole drawing again instead of just correcting and deleting a mistake.

In order too make your animation successful you will need a large crew to draw the characters, background and shoot the photos.
