 5 Minute Film: Pre-production - Risk Assessment

Risk Assessment 

1) Camera running out of memory or no SD card

• Make sure you have checked that there is a SD card before using it
• Make sure that there is enough space to film everything 

Level Of Risk : MEDIUM

2) No Liguid near the equipment

• Make sure there is no drinks around the equipment

Level Of Risk: HIGH

3) Scenes which involve stunts

• make sure you have run through the scene before you have done it
• where the stunt is taking place that it is not in a dangerous enviroment

4) Losing SD Card

• Keep it somewhere safe where you know you wont lose it
• Make sure once taken out is put back into the camera to avoid it being mis-placed.

5) Camera slipping out of hand/Losing the camera

• Handle the equipment with care
• Dont lose the camera

6) Enviroment

• Making sure there are no distractions where your shooting
